Performance evaluation is carried out based on the methodology, focusing on specific regulatory requirements, specific levels of services and cost implications for the customer. Thus, a comparison was made with respect to the "ideal" level of expected performance of the company that functions well and provides efficient water supply and wastewater services. The overall performance represents the combination of results from the three business categories of the company, i.e.: water supply, wastewater services and commercial efficiency.
